The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is based on Suzanne Collins'
novel, Catching Fire, produced and distributed by Lionsgate. Francis Lawrence,
who took over from Gary Ross directed the film, with a screenplay by Simon
Beaufoy and Michael Arndt. The film received positive reviews from critics. A
sequel and the concluding entry The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and Part
2 is scheduled to be released on November 21, 2014 and November 20, 2015.
