Fast and Furious 5 Reviews

  • That force of chaotic and unsatisfiable desire that Freud called the id is much closer to the surface in a movie like "Fast Five" than ever before in action-cinema history, and part of Lin's peculiar genius is that he barely tries to conceal it. - Andrew O'Hehir from Salon.com
  • The chemistry of the core cast - steered by Vin Diesel and Paul Walker - keeps this outing from running on fumes. - Lisa Kennedy from Denver Post
  • Thanks to Morgan's decent script, Lin's solid grasp on the action and Johnson's tough-as-nails turn, this latest addition to a franchise that appeared to be running on fumes has just stepped on the gas. - by Troy_Campbell (Sydney, Australia) on 21 April 2011 at IMDB
  • The whole thing progresses to one of the looniest heists of all time. The result is the most exciting, visually jazzy, and absurd entry in the series. - Michael Wilmington from Chicago Reader
  • Has really transformed this series from camp action cinema to exciting heist cinema. - Felix Vasquez Jr. from Cinema Crazed
  • It's about cars, girls and fighting and doesn't pretend to be anything else. For sheer gall alone, "Fast Five" provides much entertainment. Just not much intellect. - Laurence Boyce from The Baltic Times
