In 2006, Fast and Furious 3: Tokyo Drift was released. However, as the third installment of the series, the main story moved to Japan and without Paul Walker and the rest of the actors from the previous film. But it was considered successful enough to justify continuing the series with Vin Diesel returned at the end of the movie. The movie stars Lucas Black, Bow Wow, Nathalie Kelley, Brian Tee, Sung Kang (as Han), and Leonardo Nam. The story tells a 17-year old high school student moved in Tokoy with his father to avoid a jail sentence in America and then becomes a major competitor in the world of drift racing.
